I'm passionate about teaching busy individuals how to take care of their bodies from the inside-out.

I believe that the combination of mindfulness, movement, and nutrition education complement each other for better results in improving relationship with food & body, reduce GI distress, help with emotional/stress eating & under eating, and balance the nervous system so you can feel & perform your best.
